An all-new Chevrolet Captiva was released in 2021. The Captiva name comes back into the GCC market after a 4-year absence as a Chinese-built 7-seater compact SUV. In 2024, it got some interior tech upgrades. Under the hood is a 1.5-litre turbocharged 4-cylinder engine, mated to a CVT. Standard features on the front-wheel-drive 2024 Captiva LS include power steering, power windows, electric mirrors, fabric seats, cruise control, a 10.4-inch touch screen for the infotainment system, four speakers, halogen headlamps, LED daytime running lights, fog lights, a reverse camera, multi-function steering wheel and 17-inch alloy wheels. The Captiva LT gets additional keyless entry, a push start engine button, 6 speakers, a sunroof and automatic climate control. The top Captiva Premier gets more options, such as 17-inch alloy wheels, an electrically adjustable driver's seat, a 7-inch multi-function dashboard, an electric parking brake, front parking sensors and power-folding mirrors. Standard safety features on the 2024 Chevrolet Captiva include front driver and passenger airbags, stability control, tyre pressure monitor, EBD and ABS.
